About me

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) with nearly 2000 hours of experience. I have partnered with leaders in Pharma, Tech, Finance, and Consulting to boost team productivity, foster strategic skills, handle conflicts, and elevate their executive presence. I deliver both 1x1 coaching sessions and training programs for Leadership and Interpersonal skills.

My coaching has been deeply informed by 12 years in leadership roles in fast-pace and competitive environments like General Electric, PwC and UBS. 

Educationally, I am rooted in Business Administration, holding a Master's Degree in General Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics I  from the LUISS university of Rome.
