My coaching philosophy
I have a professional, pragmatic and action oriented approach focused on driving behavioural change for better results. I create a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where the client feels encouraged to set meaningful goals and leverage his strengths creatively to design an action plan..
My coaching method is deeply inspired by behavioural neuroscience, that seeks to understand brain mechanisms behind behavioural propensities. When my clients start to explore how the brain works, they get on a journey to become the best version of themselves. They also learn to adapt their behaviour and communication style to their stakeholders, in order to influence their performance and decisions.
My approach leverages also other evidence-based techniques, including vertical development, cognitive reframing, emotional intelligence, appreciative inquiry, change theory, mindfulness and neuro-linguistic programming.
